2003

"Tsamkhag Construction" LLC began its journey by specializing in the interior and exterior renovation of older buildings. From the outset, we focused on delivering engineering upgrades, modernizing electrical and plumbing systems, and constructing structural extensions.

2007

We became an official authorized partner of Mogilevliftmash, a leading manufacturer based in Belarus, and began the professional installation and assembly of Mogilevliftmash brand elevators.

2009

Commenced our first independent medical facility project, executing all stages from concept planning to final construction delivery.

2011

We expanded our operations by becoming the official representative in Mongolia for Koyo Elevator and Autors Elevator (Shanghai, China), as well as Has Asansor (Turkey). With these partnerships, we secured full authorization for elevator supply, professional installation, and comprehensive maintenance services.

2014

We launched the construction of the prestigious ASEM Villa complex, utilizing state-of-the-art modern technologies to ensure the highest international standards.

2015

We successfully commissioned the 150-bed "Amgalan" Maternity Hospital in the Bayanzurkh district, handing over a fully operational, modern healthcare facility.

2017

We successfully commissioned the new 1,500-student capacity school building for the State Leading Laboratory School No. 14, named after Ho Chi Minh.

2019

We have successfully completed the structural and construction works for the "Maral" Health Center, located in the 5th khoroo of Bayanzurkh district.

2023

Our company successfully finalized the 320-seat school extension project for the "Erdmiin Orgil" Complex School in Nalaikh district, delivering a complete solution including modern exterior landscaping and green zones.

2025

Our company successfully completed and delivered the first phase of the eco-green housing project in the Bayankhoshuu sub-center, comprising 110 eco-friendly apartments. The project was executed under the "Ulaanbaatar Green Affordable Housing Project" and has officially passed the State Commission inspection.
